Hey, I’m Çağlar. I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Hepsiburada, one of Turkey’s largest e-commerce platforms. Based in Istanbul.

I’ve been building things on the JVM for almost a decade now - mostly with Java and Spring, often dealing with large-scale e-commerce systems and SAP Hybris.

I’m a big believer in using AI as a force multiplier. Claude, Copilot, and LLMs in general are part of my daily workflow - not to replace thinking, but to stay focused on the parts that actually matter: architecture, design decisions, and solving real problems. The boring boilerplate writes itself now, and I’m here for it.

I started my career at ebebek building e-commerce platforms with SAP Hybris, moved to WittyCommerce where I worked on projects for Beko.com and Hepsiburada, and eventually joined Hepsiburada directly as a Senior Engineer in 2022.

I studied Computer Engineering at Near East University.
